Site Preparation:

• Assist with site preparation activities, including clearing, grading, and excavation, to create a safe and functional work area.
• Set up and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding and barricades, as needed to support construction operations.

Material Handling:

• Handle and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently to designated work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, organizing materials on-site, and maintaining inventory records as required.

Construction Tasks and Assistance:

• Support skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with various construction tasks and installations.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to perform tasks such as drilling, cutting, and fastening.

Cleanup and Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials properly.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure proper functioning and longevity.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and participate in safety training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration.
• Commitment to safety practices and compliance with industry regulations.
