Farms Operations:

• Coordinate day-to-day farm activities, including planting,harvesting,and equipment maintenance.
• Manage farm resources efficiently,including land ,water, and machinery,to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all farm personnel.

Harvesting and Processing:

• Plan and execute harvest operations in a timely manner, ensuring the effiient and careful harvesting of crops.
• Coordinate with processing facilities or markets for the sale and distribution of harvsted products.
• Maintain quality control measure during harvesting and processing to preserve product integrity and marketability.

Environmental Stewardship:

Qualifications:
