Surveillance and Monitoring:

• Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized entry or exit.
• Enforce security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and property.

Emergency Response:

• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and resolve situations effectively.
• Coordinate with emergency services and law enforcement as necessary.

Report Writing and Documentation:

• Write detailed incident reports documenting security-related incidents and activities.
• Maintain accurate records of security logs, patrols, and incidents.
• Submit reports to management and authorities in a timely manner.

Customer Service and Assistance:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
• Assist individuals with directions, information, and inquiries as needed.
• Handle complaints and conflicts with diplomacy and tact.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in security or law enforcement preferred.
• Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Proficient in report writing and documentation.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
