Vehicle Maintenance:

• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance checks on delivery vehicles.
• Reporting any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Customer Interaction:

• Providing excellent customer service during delivery and pickup.
• Addressing any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including dates, times, and quantities.
• Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Familiarity with route planning software and GPS devices is a plus.
