Overview

Duties

Customer Assistance:

Issue Resolution:

  • Work diligently to resolve customer complaints or escalations in a timely manner, striving to achieve first-call resolution whenever possible.
Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on product updates, promotions, and changes in company policies to deliver informed assistance to customers.
Communication Skills:
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, using active listening techniques to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Articulate information clearly and concisely, ensuring that customers receive accurate and understandable explanations and instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers over the phone, via email, or through chat platforms.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field. This may include roles in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing positions.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to assess customer needs, identify issues, and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Empathetic listening skills to understand customer concerns and demonstrate genuine care and concern for their needs.
