Overview
The Welder is responsible for joining metal parts together using various welding techniques to create strong, durable, and precise welds. Duties
Reading and Interpreting Blueprints :
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand project requirements.

Preparation and Setup:
- Prepare welding surfaces by cleaning, cutting, and grinding metal components as needed.
- Set up welding equipment and ensure proper alignment and configuration.
Welding Techniques:
- Utilize various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding, to join metal parts with precision.
- Adjust welding techniques based on metal type, thickness, and project specifications.
Quality Control and Inspection:
- Conduct thorough inspections of welded joints to verify accuracy, completeness, and structural integrity.
- Identify and address any defects or imperfections in welds to maintain quality standards.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of materials and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials.
