Order Taking and Processing:

• Take food and beverage orders from guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.
• Verify the accuracy of orders before serving them to guests.

Food and Becerage Service:

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to established standards and procedures.
• Ensure that all items are presented attractively and served at the appropriate temperature.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide additional service as needed.

Table Maintenance:

• Clear and clean tables between courses and after guests have finished their meals.
• Replace table linens, utensils, and condiments as needed.
• Ensure that tables are set up properly for the next guests.

Payment Handling:

• Present checks to guests and process payments accurately.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely.
• Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
