Overview

Duties
Greeting and Seating Guests:

Taking Orders:

Serving Food and Beverages:
- Relay orders to the kitchen or bar staff promptly.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables.
Checking Back:
- Check back with guests after delivering their orders to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor. Ability to interact positively with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages as needed.
- Clear verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Previous experience as a waiter may be preferred but is not always required.
