Surveillance and Monitoring:

Acces Control:

• Control access to the premises by verifying credentials and issuing visitor badges or access passes.
• Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors.

Emergency Response:

• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
• Follow established protocols for evacuations, lockdowns, and other emergency procedures.

Report Writing and Documentation:

• Write detailed incident reports documenting security incidents, observations, and actions taken.
• Maintain accurate records of security activities, including logbooks and incident logs.

Customer Service and Assistance:

• Provide courteous and helpful assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Act as a point of contact for inquiries, directions, and requests for assistance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of security procedures, surveillance techniques, and emergency response protocols.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing a positive experience for all.
• Valid security guard license or certification preferred.
