Cleaning and Sanitization:

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for residents or guests.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
• Follow cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.

Trash Removal:

• Collect and remove trash from designated areas, including trash bins and dumpsters.
• Ensure that trash receptacles are emptied and cleaned regularly.
• Dispose of trash in accordance with waste disposal guidelines and regulations.

Surface Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to keep surfaces clean and presentable.
• Inspect surfaces for damage or wear and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Polish and buff surfaces to maintain a professional appearance.

Groundskeeping:

• Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as lawn mowing, weed control, and landscaping.
• Maintain outdoor areas by picking up litter, sweeping walkways, and removing debris.
• Water plants and flowers as needed to ensure they remain healthy and vibrant.

Maintenance Support:

• Provide general maintenance support to maintenance staff, including assisting with repairs and installations.
• Help set up and dismantle equipment for events or special occasions.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
