Pre-Installation Preparation:

• Review installation plans, blueprints, or specifications to understand panel layout, dimensions, and mounting requirements.
• Prepare installation areas by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper substrate conditions for panel installation.

Panel Installation:

• Position and align panels according to layout designs, ensuring proper spacing, alignment, and symmetry.
• Secure panels to substrates using appropriate fasteners, adhesives, or mounting systems, ensuring stability and structural integrity.

Cutting and Modification:

• Measure and cut panels to fit around obstacles, openings, or irregularities in the installation area.
• Make necessary adjustments or modifications to panels to accommodate changes in design or layout.

Integration and Connection:

• Install panel accessories such as trims, moldings, or connectors to provide a finished appearance and ensure proper panel integration.
• Connect panels to electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems as required, ensuring compatibility and functionality.

Quality Control and Testing:

• Inspect installed panels for defects, damage, or imperfections, ensuring that panels meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct tests or checks to verify the performance, functionality, and durability of installed panels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a panel installer, carpenter, or in a related construction trade.
• Knowledge of panel installation techniques, materials, and tools.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for cutting, drilling, and fastening panels.
• Ability to read and interpret installation plans, blueprints, and specifications.
