Property Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop effective marketing strategies to showcase rental properties through various channels, including online listings, advertisements, and property viewings.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for interested tenants, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.

Lease Negotiation and Documentation:

• Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements between landlords and tenants, ensuring fair and equitable terms for all parties.
• Prepare and review lease documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and addressing any concerns or questions from both parties.

Compliance and Legal Knowledge:

• Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to rental properties, tenancy agreements, and landlord-tenant relationships.
• Ensure that all rental transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including property licensing, safety regulations, and tenancy laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
