Duties

Luggage Handling:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with transporting their luggage to and from their rooms, using luggage carts or trolleys as necessary.
  • Handle guests' belongings with care, ensuring that items are safely delivered to the appropriate rooms and stored securely if requested.

Guest Services:

  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, serving as a knowledgeable resource for inquiries and recommendations.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and amenities, and assisting with any special requests or preferences.

Transportation Assistance:

  • Arrange transportation services for guests, including calling taxis, arranging airport transfers, or coordinating shuttle services to nearby attractions or airports.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage into vehicles, ensuring their comfort and safety during transit.

Valet Services:

  • Offer valet parking services for guests arriving by car, including greeting them at the entrance, parking their vehicles in designated areas, and retrieving them upon request.
  • Provide guests with information about parking rates, policies, and procedures, and handle any related inquiries or issues.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
