Duties

  • They stay informed about current trends, new products, and mixology techniques to enhance their skills and offer innovative and creative drink options to customers.
Mixing Techniques:
  • Bartenders master various mixing techniques, such as shaking, stirring, muddling, and layering, to create well-balanced and visually appealing cocktails and drinks.
  • They use appropriate bar tools and equipment, such as shakers, strainers, muddlers, and jiggers, to ensure precision and consistency in drink preparation.
Bar Management:
  • Bartenders manage bar inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining organized and well-stocked bar stations.
  • They ensure compliance with licensing regulations, alcohol laws, and health and safety standards, including responsible serving practices and age verification procedures.
